Download & Print: Click the link below to download the one-sheet PDF template. Print it at 100% Scale (Actual Size) on standard US Letter paper. Tip: Set your printer margins to "Minimum" to ensure the sheet edges aren't cropped.

Verify Scale: Before cutting, use a physical ruler to measure the calibration box(1"x1") printed on the paper to confirm your printer didn't auto-shrink the page.

Cut Out: Use scissors to cleanly cut out the profiles for the Size Small or Size Large outlines.

Test the Fit: Align the two marked mounting notches on the paper cutout directly against the existing lower down tube bottle bosses on your Lauf Seigla frame.

Check Clearance: Visually check the clearance gap between the front edge of the paper template and your front tire. We recommend an absolute minimum safety buffer of 6mm of open clearance to account for mud, Grit fork compression, and road debris.

Torque Specification: Hand-tighten all mounting hardware using a calibrated torque wrench. Do NOT exceed 2Nm of torque. Over-tightening can cause carbon frame distortion, crush damage, or cause the internal frame rivnuts/bosses to loosen or spin freely.

Installation Method: Carefully align the fasteners by hand first to prevent cross-threading. Do NOT use automated impact drivers or power tools under any circumstances. We strongly recommend applying a light layer of standard bicycle grease or a low-strength (purple) thread-locking compound to the bolt threads to prevent binding.

Will the LS22 fit other gravel bike brands? No. The LS22 is an ultra-precise, conformal design mapped strictly to the physical geometry and tube contours of the 2022+ Lauf Seigla. Which size should I choose for my Lauf Seigla?

Choose Size Small if you ride an Extra Small (XS) or Small (S) Seigla frame. This ensures maximum clearance between the bottom of the chassis and your front tire under full suspension compression.

Durability & Performance
What happens if I strike a rock or a log? Is ground clearance an issue? We engineered the LS22 to be incredibly robust. The lowest physical point of the chassis sits at the exact same running height as a standard 40T chainring—the absolute smallest chainring choice used in modern gravel drivetrains. If you run a standard 44T or 46T ring, your drivetrain actually sits lower than the Fastpack. In practice, the high-strength ASA-Carbon Fiber body behaves like an aerodynamic bash guard for your frame's bottom bracket junction.
Does the container rattle or vibrate when riding rough singletrack? Absolutely not. Trail noise is eliminated through two mechanical layers: Externally, the integrated wrap-around velcro tunnel clamps the entire chassis flush against the down tube, removing all independent movement. Internally, the specialized TPU dry bag cradles your tools and acts as a physical shock-absorber against the interior walls.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
